The greater control over fuel flow this affords allows for significant improvements in efficiency, power, and emissions, and is ideal for advanced engines such as Pulse Detonation Engines (PDEs). These injectors are initially aimed at Future Naval Capabilities platforms such as PDE, but will be applicable to any combustion engine. Experimental results demonstrate the improvement in control afforded by the new devices, offering twice the output compared to existing approaches. The company seeks relationships with large engine manufacturers to ensure appropriate development and introduction to the Navy market.
